TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contract Agreement.  By accepting CopyCat ScanLab’s quotation, You (“The Client”) are indicating your acceptance of terms and conditions set out below acknowledging that these terms and conditions, together with CopyCat ScanLab’s quotation and any variation thereto, comprise an agreement between CopyCat ScanLab and The Client.

Payment.  The Client agrees to pay fees for the services set out in the quote on completion of the service. Payment must be made prior to the return of the original items. We reserve the right to withhold the original items until the outstanding invoice is paid in full. Payment due within 14 days of invoice date.

Cancellation.  For any cancellations made after work has commenced, The Client will be charged for the work completed to that point.

Disclaimer.  The Client releases CopyCat ScanLab for any damage, liability, risks and complication resulting from the services arising.

Privacy & Confidentiality.  CopyCat ScanLab does not collect or share personal information and agree not to on-sell, distribute, copy or use any of our clients’ information or media with gaining prior permission and written agreement from both parties.

Storage.  We will store a copy of your scans for 6 months after that time they will be permanently deleted.
